Page speed is such a big deal for every single online platform. SEO part is also another dimension of understanding on speed topic. If a website is slow, google spiders wont be able to crawl and index these pages. Even if they do then our page ranks and website rank authority will be very low and we wont be able to get some nice seo results and even direct visitors wont feel comfortable to wait more than usual websites. So I can say that speed is the key. Of course server matters, of course we may have some load time sometimes BUT a well developed coding website with correct tools will never put us down!
Mobile is such a very important detail that we have %60 visitors from mobile platform and mobile data speed that we all call as LTE, 4G etc is not fast as computers with a stable speed. Mobile devices may have some time up and down speed depends their reception spot! But we cant accept any excuse this one to serve our website with slow load problem.
Computer goal is generally above the 90 we can count as good but so far 88 is acceptable too. In my example I had many contents for that such a website.
These are the optimizations at least I got solved but always could be better too!
