Professional Management table by table and input by input on an Online Server thru PhpMyAdmin or an a LocalServer or by Using 3rd Party Softwares such as NaviCat systems. Import and Export Scripts between every version databases for any reason.
NaviCat requires license to work with it but if company or client willing to supply the license for it then I may make some direct connections from local computers to remote database easily so anytime we can update any data fastest as possible in some case it may not be worthy if company work with multiple variation of data.
Localhost server and local database feature also gives us risk free control and tests on any project faster and professionally, I generally use XAMPP just for sandbox projects.
